CallQ - Phone management system

CallQ is a service (currently widget and API ) that helps the user call a listed service number without being placed on hold. With a simple touch on the screen, the service will call the listed number, navigate the call tree directory ( if any ) on your behalf, and wait for a human operator to pick up the call before calling back you, the user. This service helps the user saves time navigating through the Interactive Voice Response ( IVR ), and also help to wait for the operator. The service also ensures that that the operator receiving the call will never have a dropped call as calls are arranged in sequence. It’s a win-win situation on both ends, customers have more time to do other productive work while waiting for a real operator to call back. On the business perspective, it’s a great way to monitor response time for each enquiry, average time taken to solve problem. The KPI for Productivity are infinite.
